I know what it means to be stuck.
All my life I have strived to become the best version of myself. But for decades I lived in a victim mentality.
I never felt that I fit in, or that I was enough or that I deserved to be loved.
Eventually the unresolved emotions turned into unhealthy relationship with food and my body, and using substances to numb the negative emotions.
No matter what I tried, I could't escape the toxic story of how I wasn't enough. How I wasn't worth it.
Till I finally took 100% responsibility for my life and CHOSE MYSELF. I realised that the whole time I had been looking at wrong places for the answers.
The answers were within me and all I need is the courage to go within.
It is now my purpose to help you understand that you can’t change the outside world, but you can change yourself… BUT only if you’re brave enough to face the truth & stand up to claim what is already inherently yours: YOUR POWER.

I'm Karin. Spiritual mentor and yoga teacher. Meditator, moon lover and a seeker.
Through my extensive studies, devotion to spiritual practices and inner inquiry, I learned how to unlock my own fullest potential.
My work helps you break through your inner blocks, step into your potential, so you can realize and connect with who you really are: fully responsible for your existence, present here in this moment, and free to be whoever you want to be, if only you can see your own power.
My mission is to help women reclaim their power, unleash their authentic radiance and learn to feel deeply empowered, embodied, and connected to their authentic selves.
Why I created CHOOSE YOU...
For decades I seeked for the answers from outside. I took courses and trainings to create change, heal and find my purpose. But nothing changed, till I realised that I was looking for the answers from the wrong place.
The answers were inside my subconscious mind. The unresolved emotional wounds had created deeply ingrained limiting beliefs that kept me stuck in cycles.
Till I finally took radical responsibility for my life, stopped the blame and being a victim.
I CHOSE ME!
It didn't take long for my life start to change, my inner light being reactivated and my purpose in life unfold.
It's a Heroine's journey. When you finally say - no more! Take a leap of faith to trust your inner guidance and start the journey that will lead you back home to your most authentic self.
