My Story
My journey into yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda didn’t begin from a place of balance — it began from a place of listening to discomfort.
For many years, my body was speaking to me through digestive issues, low energy, and a sense of disconnection from myself. I moved through patterns of over-control around food, periods of imbalance, and habits that were my way of coping, even when they were no longer serving me.
What I didn’t realise at the time was that my body wasn’t broken.
It was asking for care, rhythm, and nourishment — not more discipline.
Ayurveda taught me how to understand my unique constitution, my digestion, and my nervous system. Yoga and meditation taught me how to slow down, feel, and rebuild trust with my body — gently, patiently, without judgement.
This path wasn’t about fixing myself. It was about remembering how to listen, nourish, and reconnect. Today, I bring this lived wisdom into my work, guiding women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or out of balance toward a relationship with themselves that feels gentle, intuitive, and grounded.
