We will meet on the White Isle. From its breathtaking scenery to magical energy, you are always embraced by Ibiza's loving vibration.
The islands earth will guide us home to the strength of our physical bodies, and the sea will teach us how to flow and embrace our softness.
We will shake off our conditioning, move from our heads to our hearts, and express our life force freely through our bodies.
Mission - to remember who we truly are, become awake to our inherent gifts, reclaim the feminine wildness within and fall in love with every corner of our being.

This retreat is all about connecting to your inner wild woman and during your time here, you will be taken on a journey to release all expectations and given the space and tools to shed the limitations of your mind.
During the week we will practice : Yoga and Mindful movement, Breath work, Meditation, Kundalini yoga, Embodiment practices, Journaling
We will stay 7 nights in a stunning luxurious villa, enjoy nourishing meals, lounge by the pool and explore the island.
