It’s no wonder that many of us feel so stressed out during the holiday season.
During this time of year many of us indulge in apple pies, sugar cookies, and creamy mashed potatoes—food that makes us ignore our good dietary and lifestyle habits.If we sneak a little Ayurveda into the holidays, we will enter the new year feeling fantastic.
