What does it mean to truly live well?

In a society where we are bombarded by the news, social media or the  influencers promoting the "new" trend that we must have to be happy. We fall into the trap of following the next promising headline and end up trying so many different diets, wellness trends and workout regimes in a hope that this will be the magic pill. Never really stopping to ask ourselves, is that what I actually want or does that even feel aligned with me. Is that what my heart truly desires?

I know I have been there, throughout the years I have tried so many trendy diets and wellness plans, followed the influencers suggestions, or the ads that promise a miracle cure, all in the search to feel better.

What I have come to realise is that I don’t need a cupboard full of supplements, tonics and elixirs or use the the newest biohacking tool but rather live in harmony with nature, my true nature, and I will live well. Our bodies know how to heal and what it needs, we simply need to get out of the way and stop doing the things that hinder our health.

Living well means that I move my body in accordance to nature and my cycle, I eat wholesome natural foods that support my body type, I support my emotional wellbeing through various healing modalities and I continue to stay devoted to my spiritual growth.

Simplicity is the name of the game here. Listening and tuning in with our own needs rather than following what the media is marketing. Honouring Mother Earth, and it's gifts as plants, sunshine, water and so much more. We have moved so far form nature and it has made us sick. It's time to return home to our own nature.
