Spring is the time that governs movement and change and helps us release stagnation and fatigue, so that we can level up and feel empowered. The gathering will give us an opportunity to come together to honour, uplift and celebrate each other and the new season.

Circle time will include a 90 minute practice :

- Feminine flow to awaken&recabilate your energy from the hibernation of the winter

- Kundalini practice to harmonize your physical, emotional&mental wellbeing

- Gain clarity and focus for the lighter&warmer days ahead

- Journaling

- Receive and connect with other women

We each have our own path and this space allows you to acknowledge and accept this and to delve deep into the depths of yourself, your knowledge, your intuition.

A beautifully nurturing experience that allows you to connect to the power and transformation that arises when women gather, move, soften, rest, and connect together and the simple yet profound practices shared will leave you with a sense of deep presence and connection as we prepare to welcome in the new season of spring.
